At Suvastro, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

WhatsApp us at +91 6230545797 or email wearsuvastro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Eligible Items

Items qualify for return if they are unused and unwashed, in original packaging with all tags intact, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, items purchased with a discount code, worn or washed items, and items without original tags cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer — please share your bank details when initiating the return.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. WhatsApp us to arrange.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label. Please do not ship items back without our confirmation.
