How long does delivery take?

We ship across India. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take a few extra days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number for a live update.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 799. A small shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply WhatsApp us with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the rest.

Will I get a full refund?

Yes. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

How do I find my size?

Check our Size Guide page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest going one size up for a relaxed fit.

Are the colours accurate in photos?

We try our best to show accurate colours, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

Is it safe to pay on Suvastro?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We never store your card details.
